Personal Assistant

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Efficiently and effectively assisting the National Sales Director as well as his sales team with all aspects of the office which includes managing and coordinating all emails, liaising with customers and staff as well as screening of calls, etc.
• Coordinating travel arrangements such as Passports, Visa’s, Flights, Car hire, Accommodation, Foreign currency etc.
• Managing and loading all expense claims on the system, once travels are concluded.
• Ensuring all confidential documents, reports and information is handled appropriately.
• Arranging board meetings, lunches, strategy sessions and functions.
• Controlling cellphone claims and expenses claims for the team.
• Effectively screening/filtering telephone calls and redirecting them where appropriate.
• Collating documentation, taking minutes of board and plant meetings and the distribution thereof.
Minimum requirements for the role:
• Minimum Matric.
• Computer literacy is essential with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Must be proactive and self-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, organizational, attention to detail, problem solving skills are essential.

Salary package is highly negotiable based on experience gained.
