Location: Plettenberg Bay, Western Cape
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Purpose of the Role:
Provide Secretarial support to the Business Owner

Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification in Admin/Secretarial or similar advantageous
5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant/Office Manager
MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Basic Bookkeeping/Invoicing skills
Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail, strong numerical ability
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to deliver results
Demonstrate high level of professional work ethic, honesty and integrity.
Self-motivated, energetic and takes initiative

Duties:
Acting as a first point of contact dealing with phone calls and emails
Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Assisting with bookkeeping functions – capturing and assigning expenses
Manage the office and full secretarial function
Making sure the space is set up for success
