PERSONAL ASSITANT WITH ISO EXPERIENCE, ERMELO / PIET RETIEF R 14 000, CV
• 1-year experience in ISO administration (a must).
• Matric/Grade 12 (NQF Level 4).
• MS Office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• ISO Accreditation
• N3 Secretarial / Administrative qualification
• PABX Telephone system experience
• General Secretarial/Admin Duties
• Exp maintaining ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 documentation

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. ISO9001 QMS (Quality Management System), ISO14001 EMS (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS18001

• Maintain all ISO9001 QMS (Quality Management System), ISO14001 EMS (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS18001 documentation.
• Process changes initiated by various Functional Units and distribute updated documents as required.
• Ensure any requests for changes on current work instruction or product specifications, are duly signed off by Factory Manager and relevant Head of Department.
• Report to Quality Manager on changes to ISO 9000 and to Engineering Manager on ISO 14000 changes.
• Act as secretary at monthly QMS meetings.
• Distribute Minutes and follow-up on action lists

Switchboard
• Management of the PABX telephone system inclusive of speed dial programming and distribution of speed dial list, keeping list updated, fault reporting to Telkom & system technicians.
• Transfer calls to relevant Department or individual and divert switchboard to security when needed.

General Secretarial/Admin Duties
• Attend to ad hoc secretarial functions for Heads of Departments and Factory Manager (including ad hoc typing and Power Point Presentations).
• Compile monthly Industrial meeting presentations for Factory Manager.
• Send faxes as required and distribute incoming faxes and post.
• Send overnight bags/ parcels to Head office via courier.
• Administration of Petty cash (Withdrawals, hand-outs & reconciling at month end.)
• Company Credit card usage for purchases and reconciling at month end
• Implement Daily back ups
• Ordering of Copier toners & fault reporting.
• Ordering stationary stock for the main Admin building.
• Monthly Purchasing of sundries
• National & International travel arrangements with Travel Agent
• Function & catering co-ordination inclusive of plant tours.
• Internal Venue bookings
