MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum entry level qualification of Grade 12 or an equivalent NQF4 qualification

If you are currently or have worked in the insurance industry then.
FSB recognised qualification or credits pertaining to the date of first appointment in the financial industry, listed on the most recently published Board notice as published for recognised qualification by the FSB.
First Level Regulatory Exam for Representatives passed pertaining to the date of first appointment in the financial industry
Drivers license

Preferred:
Own Car
A post matric qualification equivalent of NQF 5 in related industry

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEGE & SKILLS

Minimum 6 years work experience, preferably in sales/retail environment
Experience in the rendering of financial services
Knowledge of FAIS regulations and applicable laws
Skills:
Selling and persuasiveness
Presentation skills
Verbal and Written Communication and Comprehension
Analytical Skills (including numeracy)
Planning and Time Management Skills
PC Literacy
Ability to speak multiple languages.
