You will be the primary contact for all “Nigh Nett Worth” clients and will provide very "high touch" advice to ensure that there are no gaps or duplications in portfolio coverage; You will manage the entire renewal process and will meet periodically with the client to go over their renewals and changes.

In addition you will be required to develop new relationships, expand customer database and grow business opportunities in the personal lines HNW area.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• FAIS compliant: 30 credits on NQF level 4 (Personal Lines)
• Excellent proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• 5 years’ experience with regards to short term Personal Lines Insurance especially in the HNW area

Principal Accountabilities:
• Growth and Profitability of HNW book
• Effective renewal process
• Providing quality and effective feedback to all HNW clients
• Building and maintaining relationships at various levels within the organization including
Sales, underwriting, claims, specialists, finance etc.
