Our client in Bryanston, the CEO of a listed mining company, is looking for a Private Chef to cater for the nutritional needs of his 5-member immediate family, and handle occasional small functions as and when they occur at his residence. The successful candidate will have a strong ala carte track record in 5-star hotels or top restaurants, and must be highly proficient at cooking Asian Food. The position is live-out.

The following apply:
Family with 3 pre-teen children
Catering for lunch and dinner
Wednesdays and Thursdays off
Slightly busier weekends
Works alone with one domestic kitchen assistant

Minimum requirements:
Relevant culinary qualification
Minimum 5 – 7 years relevant experience
Very capable with Asian cooking
Own reliable transport
Contactable references

Salary is R15 000 – R30 000 CTC per month negotiable on experience.
