My client is looking to employ a candidate that will have the following :
Essential requirements :
Grade 12
Systems and process knowledge
Knowledge of policies and procedures
Diploma/Degree preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field
2-3 years bursary administration
Knowledge of the SAP system
MS Office Suite - intermediate level
Communication skills - written and verbal
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to the following :
To ensure that all grants. bursaries and educational loands are paid out according to the rules of the Education Scheme
To ensure the accurate and effective administration to enable reporting to the bursary committee
To maintain records on SAP
to provide general assistance with Educational Assistance queries
To perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as determined by the Benefits Manager from time to time
Salary : Market related including benefits
