REQUIREMENTS
Role : Regional Sales Manager – Pretoria Region
Report line : Country Manager
Business Unit : Pharmaceutical Division
Location : Gauteng/ Pretoria

Salary : Market related/ negotiable at approx. NEGOTIABLE - ZAR base of R50K + Vehicle allowance + petrol card + med aid + pension – depending on Qualifications, experience & current CTC salary
Education : Relevant Science Degree (BSc)/ Bcomm Degree/ B Pharm Degree
Experience : PLUS 4 years minimum Senior Sales Pharmaceutical experience
Focus of the role: Development, maintenance and increasing divisional market share in the private & hospital environs; through managing sales function, hands on development of new business and development of your Sales team through sales targets setting, coaching, monitoring, new business idea generation etc. This senior level Regional Sales Manager role requires approximately 80% travel

• Market Analyses – scan the market, company effectiveness, and competitor and market analysis. Ensure effective communication of market analysis to Sales, Marketing & Management

• Implement Sales Motivational Elements such as incentives, bonuses, skills development, talent mentoring and retention etc – required to maintain market share and growth against competitors

Education & Experience/ Skills
Education : Relevant Science Degree (BSc)/ Bcomm Degree/ B Pharm Degree
Experience : PLUS 4 years minimum Senior Sales Pharmaceutical experience
Relevant Therapeutic / Pharmaceuticals experience (preferential sales ability in multiple product portfolio areas)
Solid track record in having implemented successful sales strategies in pharmaceutical industry sales
Extremely competent in driving a sales team, mentoring & motivating, report writing, managing tracking systems (Sales Force)
Strong communication skills, strong staff motivational skills and high PC literacy (MS excel, MS word, Power Point etc)
