PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

To consistently achieve individual regional and divisional sales targets (Pta North, Polokwane, Rustenburg etc.)
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with allocated customers (Doctors and specialists)
Successfully implement sales and marketing strategy to maximize sales potential in the respective area.
To respond adequately and professionally to customer complaints and queries.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Achievement of Sales targets/expectations.
Customer relationship management (CRM) at the customer business.
Effective asset and resource management.
Management of new product growth and market share.
All queries followed up and resolved in the shortest possible time frame within policy framework.
A professional attitude is displayed when responding to customers’ needs and queries.
Providing meaningful feedback from the market/customers.
In field reports and data management.
Monthly reports and cost control
Develop selling skills to maximize sales opportunities and achieve goals.
Acquire and maintain acceptable levels of product knowledge and knowledge of market.
Maintain product and industry knowledge.
Maintain acceptable levels of market related and product knowledge, to ensure effective individual performance and training of customers.
Implementation of sales and marketing strategy.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Competencies and Educational required

Grade 12/National Senior Certificate/NQF Level 4
Minimum of three years Pharmaceutical Sales Experience
Experience of pharmaceutical sales within cardio products ideal
Strong sales ability with proven track record
Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical market.
Driver’s License.

Package: R300k p/a TCTC plus commission
