JOB TITLE: Pharmacist - Kuruman

LOCATION: Northern Cape

JOB PURPOSE: To assist in the management of a Pharmacy and take responsibility as the on-duty pharmacist

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Matric/Grade 12

B.Pharm degree

Registered as a pharmacist at the pharmacy council (SAPC)

Experience in a retail Pharmacy will be an advantage

Dispensing knowledge

Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation

Computer literacy – MS Office skills

Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems

NB: operating results are achieved through delegated tasks

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Dispensing, Pharmacy administration, Housekeeping, Stock control, Customer service, Sales and Compliance

Operational work planning, priority setting and scheduling

Operational performance monitoring

People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing

Manage cross functional relationships e.g. with prescribers, suppliers, Head Office, Store manager and Cash office
