Requirements:
- Grade 12
- B.Pharm Degree
- Registration with the SAPC
- Management qualification will be an advantage
- Advanced level of computer literacy - including SAP
- Knowledge and experience with IT systems
- Experience as a Pharmacy Manager is essential
- Sound knowledge and understanding of processes, risks and mitigation of risks through processes and systems
- Sound knowledge of pharmacy business operations

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the roll out and implementation of systems required for strategic projects in the division
- Ensure the proper amount of resources are available
- Manage all the relevant internal and external relationships
- Responsible for internally developed product maintenance and management
- Ensure process design within the pharmacy related systems
- Conduct process and system reviews to identify risks and areas for improvement
- Translate the business needs into functional design specifications along with the IT division
- Participate actively in user acceptance testing
- Ensure business process mapping, completion of user manuals and testing of manuals
- Provide feedback and support on all new and current processes
- Facilitate workshops for system and process improvements
- Conduct training
- Implement projects that will lead to the expansion of the pharmacy product and servicing offering
