LOCATION Freestate (Qwa – Qwa) and North West Province (Ganyesa or Ratlou
SALARY R9 500.00 – R10 000.00 Total cost to Company
Contract position for the remainder of the three(3) years contract

OVERALL PURPOSE
An International Multi-Disciplinary Primary Healthcare Service provider who brings Care to the Community is expanding its services into the Rural Areas. The Company brings Primary Healthcare to patient’s doorsteps in a mobile clinic setting, providing clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic services.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
The mobile medical unit provides essential primary health care services. The health team will support communities providing access to quality mobile emergency primary healthcare services.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE: ESSENTIAL
Vocational qualification
? Certificate in phlebotomy techniques
? Registered with the HPCSA as a Medical technician in the category of Phlebotomy

Work experience
? 1-2 years phlebotomy experience within a hospital and/or laboratory environment.
? Knowledge of the National Health Act
? Communication Skills
? Numerical Reasoning skills
? Advantageous:
? Level 1 first aid training

Languages
? Strong working knowledge of African Language (spoken and written)
IT & Communications
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Brief Outline of Basic Scope of Work
? Perform administrative tasks to ensure correct recording and processing of information.
? Perform phlebotomy procedures in order to ensure sufficient delivery of nursing services.
? Perform safety and quality control tasks to ensure that relevant standards are upheld.
? Maintain good client relations promote the image of the company
