The developer to have a minimum of 4/5 years development experience in HR
and Payroll systems.( Must be able to prove experience

* Assist systems analysts and/or consultants with the development of
new functional requirements

* Participate with program design, including the database and user
interface definitions

* Develop, test, modify and document program code

* Prepare reports on the status, operation and maintenance of
application software for use by reseller partners, other programmers and
end-users.

* Creative and technical aptitude

* Good communication skills with an excellent command of English and
Afrikaans language

* Ability to work as part of a team

* A commitment to understand new technology and upgrading of
personal skills

Developer will occasionally require to travel locally, nationally and
internationally while working on particular projects. Working conditions can
be stressful at times, especially if deadlines need to be met.

Technical Requirements- Not web developers

* PHP 4 and 5 (has been coding for at least 2 years )
* HTML / DHTML
* MySQL 5 / MSSQL
* Apache
* Java Script
* Dreamweaver
* AJAX
* Must have commercial application and development exposure in PHP
