PHP Developer

One of the largest digital marketing agencies based in Cape Town are looking for a Senior PHP Developer to join their team of young and talented back-end and front-end developers who love finding creative solutions to challenging development problems. This Senior PHP Developer will be responsible for Reading, understanding and writing technical specifications, Develop internal and external documentation content and perform development and maintenance, amongst other things.

Requirements:
• Minimum five years’ commercial PHP programming experience
• Three year Diploma or Degree
• Proficient experience with the MVC framework (Laravel, CodeIgniter, Symphony, Zend or similar)
• Strong database experience (MySQL/PostgreSQL
• REST API integration experience
• Solid web development experience using HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
