We are looking for Business Intelligence Developers with the capability of technical implementation. The candidates must have skills in the MS BI stack along with a definite consulting capability to work with business users, understand the requirement and the then build out the model and reporting resolve the requirement

Minimum Requirements:

• 3yrs.(Junior to Intermediate) – 7yrs+ for a senior

• Bsc Computer Sc Degree or Equivalent qualification

• OCP (Oracle certified professional) – this displays that the candidate is competent in reading through forms and pl/sql. 
• A good technical acumen (well rounded, can design solutions with little supervision).
• Good SQL , PL/SQL , Oracle Forms 11g experience.
•  XML / HTML knowledge 

• The candidate will need to understand the customer requirements and company strategy
• Identify the sources to obtain this information
• Profile data sources for data quality
• Liaise with source systems dev managers and architects to understand how the business the rules integrates into the system
• Produce specifications
• Produce designs of logical models to integrate the data
• Engage the business and data science team for requirements and present the proposed solution
• Understand the data contained in the data lake and the associations
• Understand the story that data tells to the business problem
• have technical knowledge of SQL for the structured data – joining complex data sets
