Title:      PL/SQL Oracle Developer

Area:     Midrand, Johannesburg  

Salary:   Negotiable 

 My international client is looking for a strong PL/SQL Developer who comes from a software background to join their team. You will be required to work on campaign designs and development. It would be a great advantage if you have telecoms or marketing knowledge.  

Educational Requirements:

·         Matric

·         Tertiary Education

Skill Requirements:

·         PL/SQL (preferably in an Oracle database environment)

·         Oracle utilities (SQL Plus, Import / Export, SQL Loader beneficial)

·         Unix or Python scripting

·         Unix or Linux operating systems

·         Experience and knowledge on CRM products

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills

·         IT administration 

Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Performing operations and maintenance of the client's production systems

·         Production system support

·         Incident and problem tracking, management, and  reporting

·         SQL scripting

·         PL\SQL coding

·         Identifying enhancements to improve supportability, operability or performance of the    


·         Ensuring SLAs are met

·         Maintaining the internal servers and performing day to day IT admin tasks
