JOB SUMMARY STATEMENT:
Implement, monitor and report on planned set baselines vs actual project performance.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Develop, maintain and update construction schedules on the basis of changing and actual field performance
• System compliance
• Reports on, critical path analysis, charts and schedules, manpower and progress
(planned vs. actual), issue a schedule of future planned operations, variations, etc.
• Prepare the construction portion of monthly Reports
• Detailed interpretation of the plan
• Attend contractual meetings

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• ND, BSC, any tertiary education would be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum of 3- 5 years in a Planning role, strategic sourcing,
• Must have site experience in the Mechanical and Electrical environment
• Computer literate a must, Primavera, MS Projects, Microsoft programs, NEC, Fidic
