Telecommunication Giant seeks RAN Optimization Specialist to join their well-established and innovative team.

Position Objective

• To offer in house technical support expertise and reference for all RAN Planning and optimization teams
• Collaborate with regions and to develop and maintain process and standards to improve RAN Planning and optimisation processes
• Provide national and regional Coverage maps and Statistics
• Collaborate with regions to develop Radio planning templates and standards
• Develop and Analyse coverage analysis techniques
• Review vendor health reports
• Participate in meetings with vendors and technical teams to raise any technical issues encounter

Basic Requirements

• BSC in Science/ Engineering or Equivalent
• Min 4 years’ experience in RF or Telecommunications
• Industry Training (EDGE, WCDMA, LTE)
• Multi-vendor environment will be advantageous
• GSM experience will be an advantage
