Our vehicle tracking client a well renowned organisation is look to employ an
excellent Planning Supervisor.


Educational Requirements & experience needed:

1. Matric
2. Certificate/ Diploma in project Management and or Production Planning
3. At least 3 yrs experience in Production Planning and/or Project Administration
4. High level of computer proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel)

1. Have proven experience in a Supervisory role
2. Goal/Target Setting
3. Organizing, analyzing and gathering data
4. Identifying problems & finding solutions
5. Planning & Scheduling within given resources/projects
6. Communicating with all stakeholders using agreed timelines & processes
7. Evaluating and comparing courses of action
8. Implementing and monitoring actions
9. Excellent organizational and administration skills
10. Able to meet deadlines / SLA’s and ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress
11. Use a dispatching process to allocate work to technical resources

1. Ability to maintain strong relationships with other departments and clients
2. Good knowledge of Vehicle Tracking technology
3. Previous, proven track record in a Project Administration position

Key Responsibility Areas:

1. Supervise the teams of Planning Administrators
2. Assistance with Planning Team reporting and query management
3. Data integrity and quality assurance
4. Training and development of staff
5. Ensuring teams adhere to departmental procedures
6. Monitoring of Production/Fitment Schedules
7. Planning and Execution – general Planning and/or Projects if required
8. Monitoring of Scheduling & Dispatching
9. Communication with relevant stakeholders regarding Planning/Fitment Schedules
10. Meeting Customer Expectations via agreed timelines – adherence to Service Level Agreements
11. Providing fitment and project feedback to relevant stakeholders
12. Customer visits
