A reputable company is seeking a workshop manager who will be responsible for:

For job allocation and job flow in the workshop including labour allocation for day to day operations.
• Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to effectively manage jobs.
• Provide oversight and check job estimates.
• Approve designated drivers/operators, to the allocated vehicles/plant
• Ensure regular inspections and Tracker checks.
Manage all fleet
• Provide progress reports
• Respond to client’s requests for updates on the status of their jobs and keep the communication channels open to ensure information is accurate.
• Receive and review feedback from clients and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote a Health and Safety culture within the workshop.

The ideal candidate must have minimum 5 years managerial experience, expert knowledge & skill in diesel mechanics.
