DEGR MECHANICAL ENGINEER + GCC (FACTORIES) + ECSA MEMBERSHIP + 3 YEARS EXP AS MECHANICAL ENGINEER + 2 YEARS PROJECT MANAGEMENT + EXP IN ANIMAL PLANT FEED WOULD BE ADVANTAGE.

The primary objective of this position is to provide technical leadership and direction to ensure that the plant maintenance and project objectives are achieved within the operational, engineering, financial and statutory constraints through optimal use of people and resources. Plant modifications to improve operational effectiveness are the keys to this position. Reporting to the Factory Manager, the successful candidate will perform cost and budget management, assure SHE and statutory compliance (as well as technical plant integrity and reliability) and will manage projects.
Candidates should hold a BSc/BTech Mechanical Engineering or National Diploma with a GCC, ECSA membership and at least 3 years’ working experience as a Mechanical Engineer with 1-2 years in project management, plus at least 3 years at Management level. Animal feed plant experience will be an added advantage.
