Qualification:

BSc / BEng / BTech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

Government Certificate of Competency (non-negotiable)



Skills & Experience:

Management of maintenance function

Health and Safety

Optimise asset performance

Capex and cost planning

Training and development of maintenance team

Client liaison

Root cause analysis

Enforcing and improving of Engineering standards

Managerial and Interpersonal skills

In depth knowledge of manufacturing process

Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Plant Engineer in a heavy industrial environment



Job Description:

Duties and responsibilities will include the management of the maintenance function, planning, budget management, safety and quality inspections as well as people management.
