Looking for a Plant Engineer for a well-known Manufacturing (Forest Industry) Company Close to Mthatha in the Eastern Cape – Will be situated at the Sawmill.

Requirements:
Relevant Degree/Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical)
GCC (Factories)
Qualified to be appointed as OSHACT GMR (2) competent.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience

The successful incumbent will head up the engineering function, authorise the planning of work, plant, materials and machinery as well as coordinate the maintenance in the manufacturing and engineering environment. The incumbent will be managing / supervising chargehands and artisans in the various disciplines, such as electrical and mechanical sections
