Our key mining client in the Northern Cape requires Plant Foremen to join their Operation urgently

Requirements:

• Minimum of  5 years’ experience as process plant operator in a metallurgical plant, 1 year of which was on a supervisory level
• Grade 12/NQF Level 4
• Code 8 Driver’s Licence

Key Performance Areas 

• Maintaining zero harm to people and environment
• Logging Safety and environmental incidents and close-out thereof
• Achievement of production targets
• Maintaining good housekeeping standards
• Implementation of leave roster and training programme for the plant crew
• Adherence to set operational budget
• Generating daily production reports
• Availability of process equipment spares and consumables
