RedCat Recruitment is seeking a qualified and experienced PLANT MANAGER (PRODUCTION / FEED MILLING INDUSTRY) for a large concern, position based in Limpopo.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Grade 12.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Valid driver’s license / own reliable vehicle.
Degree or Diploma in Production Management or Operation Management will be an
Advantage.
Overall responsibility for the operational affairs of the specific production site which will include - production, planning (logistics, raw materials, order entry), health and safety, quality control, administrative and financial functions.
Required to lead and co-ordinate the branch departments and contractors in order to optimize branch performance.
3yrs+ previous experience in a managerial position is essential.
Strong customer liaison skills.
Person will be required to work long hours when required and travel nationally.
