Requirements:
Engineering Degree (Mechanical or Electrical)
Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) is an added advantage
5 - 10 years' manufacturing management experience

Improving overall plant efficiency
Budget control
Ensuring the availability and safe operational efficiency of all plant machinery and installations
