PLANT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10-15 years' plant experience in a glass manufacturing industry
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Excellent interpersonal, team building, oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Daily management and coordination of plant operations including production, logistics and maintenance while ensuring compliance with all labour, safety, environmental and
corporate policies and regulations
- Developing and achieving of budgetary and production targets.

Must be willing to relocate for a contract period.
