Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Government Certificate of Competency (Factories) advantageous 10 - 12 years' manufacturing management experience

Responsibilities:
Improving overall plant efficiency Budget control
Ensuring the availability and safe operational efficiency of all plant machinery and installations
Ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
