Plant Manager (LESOTHO)
We are looking to acquire the services of an experienced Plant Manager from the automotive component industry, prepared to relocate to Lesotho. You will need to manage a Plant of around 660 people and we would prefer if you come from a JIT environment. Good all round business acumen and excellent communication skills are essential at this level. A strong sense of customer service, the full operational expectations of a plant and exceptional leadership will be required. Package highly negotiable and housing and transport costs would also be included.
