A reputable company in the Aggregates and Ready-Mix Industry has a Plant Manager Position available at the Stilfontein operations, based in North West Province.

Experience
• At least five years’ experience in terms of performing the functions and responsibilities of a Plant Manager.

Level of education / qualification
• Matric qualification or equivalent NQF qualification
• Diploma/Degree in Operations Management /Business Management /Industrial Engineering

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, development and leadership to all production personnel
• Establish and monitor overall plant performance metrics to achieve efficiency and quality targets
• Maintain high discipline amongst the employees
• Oversee all maintenance of the plant and equipment
• Acquire and Maintain appropriate levels of needed resources
• Ensure full compliance to the company policies and procedures
• Ensure full compliance to the health and safety regulations
