Requirements:
National Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Government Certificate of Competency (Factories)
5 - 10 years' industry experience

Implement and drive continuous improvement processes
Managing day to day departmental activities including performance of team members Budget control Ability to plan, organize and control all resources at one's disposal to achieve work objectives
