Atlas Copco torque drivers
Laser machine
E-check machines
Servo and stepper motors
Barcode scanners (handheld and fixed) and printers
RS232 communication
Profibus communication
MPI /PPI communication

Integration of PLC, Scanning, barcode printing, databasing
Process optimization and improvement
Brother sewing machine programming
Branson ultra sonic welding machines
Electronic / electric fault finding on all machines
Build up a solid supplier base for components and back up service
Project management of new projects and production equipment
Training of maintenance / engineering personnel

Support the Production Line Maintenance department.
Close-off List of open points and Corrective actions.
Quotations and planning of new production lines.
Time and cost management.
Monitor, react to and reduce production line breakdowns.
Implement Preventative Maintenance on all production lines.
