What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the automotive manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Design of New Production Lines
* Perform detailed line design
* Choose vendors and components
* Create business case for changes and improvements

* Deployment of New Production Lines
* Technical Documentation Development
* Procurement of equipment
* Technical implementation
* Testing and technical Fault finding
* Implement production line standards
* Ensure implementation within budget

* Maintenance and Improvement of Production Lines

* Continuous improvement of production lines to improve quality, safety, uptimes and maintenance savings
* Assist with both proactive and reactive maintenance

Background work experience:

* 5+ years PLC and Plant Programming
* 5+ years setting up plants
* Deg/Dip Electrical Engineering or Equivalent
* Knowledge of:

* MPI/PPI Communication
* Profibus Communication
* HMI
* WinCC Flexible
* SQL and VBA
* Servo Motors and Controllers

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R450K to R560K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
