PACKAGE
3 Year contract (renewable)

Single and family contracts available.

Generous Tax free basic salary. Offered according to experience.

From 8300 QAR up to 15 375 QAR per month. 15375 QAR +/- 198 783 Sudanese Pound/ 39 895 MAD /499 803 DZD / 1625 OMR / 60 073 ZAR / 2998 JOD / 11930 TND. Salary paid in QAR.

Free fully furnished accommodation provided.

Transport allowance of 1250 QAR per month added to your basic salary.

Free "round trip" (to and from home country) flight tickets on joining, annual leave, and on repatriation. For those with family contract offered this will be also be applicable for your family (wife and up to 3 children up to 18 years old).

40 days paid annual vacation days.

End of Service Award (at end of contract) which is one month's salary for each year worked.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:

Diploma in Podiatric Medicine.

Preferred Education: Bachelors of Science in Podiatric Medicine.


EXPERIENCE:

Essential Experience:3 years worked in Podiatric field.

Preferred Experience: 3 plus years worked in Podiatric field.


PROFESSIONAL LICENSURE/REGISTRATION:

Valid Primary License from the country of origin if applicable AND should be eligible for license in the State of Qatar within the Supreme Council of Health.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

English Language: Essential

JOB SPECIFICATION
Job Summary:

Within the Mission, Vision and values of the Employer and the department of Medicine, Actively Participates in Planning, implementing and evaluating Podiatric Service within the State of Qatar to provide individualized, quality patient care to those with disorders, diseases and injuries of the foot, ankle, and /or lower extremity.

Specific Responsibilities:

Examines diagnoses and treats the patient with a problem of the foot, ankle and/or lower extremity. Documents patient data in standardized format.
Demonstrates knowledge and application of the Employers mission, Vision and Values.
Assures that patient/ family education and continuum of care is an integral part of the podiatric patients individualized treatment plan.
Demonstrate effective communications skills when interacting with patients, families, peers and all other disciplines. Uses a translator when necessary.
Assist in developing/ implementing/ evaluating and editing educational programs foe Podiatric staff, General medical staff or others are requested.
Assist in developing and implementing a yearly education calendar with monthly in-service for Podiatric Staff.
Assists in Developing, implementing, evaluating Policy and Procedure manual, Protocols,plus Orientation manual for the Podiatric Services.
Attends departmental and Committee meetings.
Performed other duties as requested.
Complies with the Employers policies and procedures; and in particular infection control, safety and quality management.
