Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
• To support the Point of Care (POC) marketing and sales teams in order to aid in the execution of the POC strategy, and to achieve relevant sales
goals, respectively.
• To provide qualitative and quantitative data from the field to inform marketing and sales.
• Identify new opportunities to further grow our business & communicate to marketing & sales teams & captured in CRM help Identify gaps in
customer's & company's business processes & communication channels, and to seek to solicit remedy from internal and external stakeholders
(through collaboration & accountability)
• Excellent & uncompromised frontline support on the following POC systems: Accu-Trend, b101, CoaguChek, Reflotron & Urisys
• Provide first-line trouble-shooting on Applications issues & maintaining logs in Clarify
• Facilitate effective instrument maintenance by educating customers on proper use and maintenance of systems, and on proper logging of calls
with UK Call Centre (also to deal with after-hours support)
• To report and help track movement & location of POC devices (by Serial Number) so as to maintain an accurate data base
• To provide monthly reports to your Line Manager, but also keeping Marketing and Sales copied

The successful candidate should be in possession of:
• National Diploma in Medical Technology or equivalent; or BSc (Hons) or equivalent
• Min 3 years working experience in a diagnostics or medical devices industry
• Strategic Agility
• Business Orientation (Product and Industry Knowledge, SOPs)
• Customer Orientation (customer relations skills)
• Technical Expertise (relevant instrumentation & reagent knowledge)
