Duties
-Processing and forwarding trade information to fund administrators
-Capturing trade instructions, including local and offshore equities, bonds, forex, futures, call moves and money market instrument trades and loading onto Asset Arena (Decalog).
-Monitoring that instructions are executed correctly
-Identifying and resolving unmatched trades as well as liaising with fund administrators and other relevant parties to resolve settlement issues
-Reconciling fund portfolios continuously
-Daily update of funds and Seg Mandates
-Sending cash balances of funds
-Completing month end / quarterly reporting for various committee meetings
-Extracting Morningstar data and creating morning reporting spreadsheets on division specific information including offshore rankings, local rankings and performances
-Creating new reports as required
-Downloading data from online sources and receiving information from external parties and updating various backend portfolio administrative documents, monthly and weekly
-Comparing and analyzing periodic data
-Completing due diligence questionnaires as required
-Reporting on Assets Under Management
-Providing administrative support to fund managers:
-Updating Morningstar portfolio templates and compiling portfolio sheets
-Creating performance tables and charts in Excel/Morningstar
-Exporting market tidings from Morningstar
-Downloading data from online sources and saving for monthly stats reports

General, ad hoc administrative duties, including but not limited to:
-Recording, typing and distributing minutes of meetings
-Printing, scanning, faxing and creating various documents
-Creating new files electronically and manually
-Maintaining an accurate filing system
-Preparing meeting packs
-Updating presentations
-Updating and checking of data for client communication/marketing material on a monthly and quarterly basis
