• Support the Head, Performance Measurement to define and execute business unit strategies.
• Leading a team of specialists to deliver innovative and value adding automated dashboard solutions using best in class business intelligence technologies and tools.
• This role is a key mechanism to ensure adequate business understanding and buy-in and agreement to solutions that will be deployed. The jobholder also leverages the communication between Business and Performance Measurement and ensures that there is timeous feedback, acceptance and input from business.
• The role will be responsible for planning, organising, co-ordinating and controlling solution delivery.
• Deliver automated dashboard solutions according to defined quality standards for various business areas within the Standard Bank Group.
• Identify opportunities for measurement utilisation, standardisation and optimisation per portfolio and multiple business domains (Account Origination; Account Maintenance and Servicing; Payments; Collections; Vendor Management).

Must Have:
? Knowledge of banking and financial services
? Sound process and technology knowledge
? Knowledge of operational and strategic reporting
? Use of management information systems to analyze and facilitate strategic and operational activities
? Business intelligence (BI) theories, methodologies, processes, architectures, and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information for business purposes
? Understanding database structures and designs (ERD: Entity Relationship Diagrams)
? Knowledge of Business Analysis (BA)
