Residential Property Group requires Portfolio Manager to manage a portfolio of properties, manage and train staff, become involved in advertising, body corporate issues, complex repairs and maintenance, sectional title reporting etc. Candidate must have OWN TRANSPORT AND VALID DRIVER’S LICENCE, 3 – 5 years portfolio management experience (excellent knowledge of residential rental property market), qualification in Property or Management related preferred.
