• Corresponding with clients within the quality benchmark standards as defined by Ver-tex Solutions.
• Dealing with queries, compliance issues, reporting, presenting to clients of Ver-tex Solutions.
• Working on excel/client systems on a daily basis.
• Creating and maintaining reporting requirements as set out by our VTS clients.
• Candidate should have a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure.
• Exercise good judgement when been given the run around.
• Demonstrate integrity in decision making.
• Is willing, enthusiastic, target driven, independent, self-disciplined and professional.

Advanced excel experience is essential
Relevant knowledge of debt collecting environment is important
