A leading and well established property/marketing specialist based in the Durban area, currently requires the expertise of a Portfolio / Marketing Manager. The successful incumbent must completed Matric and have a min 5 years’ experience within the shopping centre / retail experience

Key functions will include –

• Strategic ability (direction, idea generation, execution, presentation to clients / customers)
• Innovation (new ideas, being up to date etc.)
• Non GLA income (driving new captive business on the portfolio)
• Team Leadership (HR skills, mentorship, motivation and management)
• Project Management (assisting with execution, adhering to policies, client delivery)
• Financial management (budget packs, supplier management, liaison with head office)
• Client Relationship (across all levels from CM and below and to Asset Manager and above)
