We are looking for a Call Centre IT Business Consultant for a Company’s Point of Sale division in Port Elizabeth.

We are looking for an Individual with IT and Financial/Accounting experience to assist clients telephonically/Call Centre with their queries regarding POS hardware/software as well as the accounting side of their Point of Sale systems.

Requirements:
IT Qualification is advantageous.
Financial Information Systems qualification or similar would be highly advantageous
Knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reports.
IT Technical experience in hardware & software is required.
Experience in Point of Sale / Hospitality / Retail environment would be highly advantageous

Standby rotation will possibly be required.

Salary: R14 000 – R16 000 per month
