My Client in the Pharmaceutical Industry is urgently looking for a Position: Regional Sales Manger ANI Inland
Location: South Africa – Johannesburg
Responsibilities:
Achievement of sales, market share and growth objectives for the region under their management through execution of agreed strategies and ANI plan.
In field coaching and mentoring of sales personnel to improve overall team skills and behaviours. This includes correction of strategy and guidance on objection resolution. Time spent coaching is targeted at 60% + of time
Responsible for personnel management, monitoring and evaluating the performance of all field service personnel including the recruitment, training, coaching, development, and corrective counselling.
Submission of required reports within set deadlines to General Manager and National Sales Manager related to team performance, regional activities, projects in progress, successes and areas for improvement
Attend trade meetings, congresses & cycle meeting and CME/CPD
Maintain required team call rate/coverage targets through monitoring of
Utilising the system and built-in reports to identify trends that are impacting sales performance and provide feedback to representatives for corrective action plans.
Maintain key opinion leader contact within the team for each reps key customers
Compile and update a Sales Operating Plan for the Region after each quarterly review with detailed analysis and feedback to the leadership team.
Constant performance management of the team to ensure optimal sales delivery through coaching reports, feedback and formal Abbott processes
Set vision and strategy for their respective region. Actively seek, identify, analyze, and present new business opportunities that can impact and drive their region.
Assist the marketing team with forecasting of core 4 products – Ensure, Pediasure, Isomil, Similac total comfort
Monitoring sales activities and expense budgets in-line with targets
Calling on regional wholesalers monthly to ensure accurate stock levels of ANI products, increased ordering of ANI lines and deal creation for medical nutrition products.
