As a part of our business, a leading financial services provider, we have over 58 branches nationwide, where our Trainee Managers develop their sales leadership, management excellence, and operational expertise to create an exceptional customer experience and grow the business within our valued branch network.

In an effort to provide highly trained managers in our branches, employees selected will participate in a 12 to 18 month training program. This program will provide training designed to help develop successful employees to service our customers, and provide leadership to employees whilst enabling Trainees to achieve their dreams.

Qualifications
• Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to self-motivate, strong team-building skills
• Ability to develop knowledge of all aspects of operations, including training, leading and developing people
• Strong probing, communication, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills to effectively uncover and resolve complex customer and employee issues
• Demonstrated leadership proficiency in sales, service and operations
• Job experience with extensive customer contact, including building & maintaining customer relationships however, not a requirement
• Post-high school degree preferred
• Matric Certificate and SA ID non-negotiable.
