Min. Requirements:

• Mechanical Engineer / Marine / Marine Architecture
• Min. 5 years of experience in Marine
• MUST have a valid driver’s licence

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Preparing business strategy to achieve that target and present the business plan to top management.
• Build the project team.
• Generating business from potential enquiry and get business from the latent market.
• Coordinating and guiding the engineering department for drawing, after getting the drawing calculating the cost and quoting the client accordingly.
• Once job is awarded need to coordinating with the production team for on time production and in the same time coordinating with logistics department for on time delivery.
• In the same time make project coordinator ready to install and commissioning.
• Maintaining regular relation with client and make sure best after service.
• Coaching and guiding the business development team for new business development within or outside GCC and make sure we get business from those markets. In the same time maintaining existing clients also.
• Creative thinking to lead the company in next level, a leader, coach. Should be able to keep him/her and the team update with industry information.
• Must come with new ideas to accomplish the job.
• Need to travel throughout the globe to explore opportunities in the field of marine services.
• Management report, presentation to team members, client will be a regular job.
