Academic/experience criteria:
Required
• A PhD, awarded within the previous five years, in Psychology, in the study of eyewitness memory. Candidates who have submitted theses for examination may be considered for appointment.
• Strong computer programming/scripting skills for data processing and analysis, especially in the R Programming Language.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning techniques/ Neural network models
• Demonstrated ability to produce peer-reviewed research articles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desirable
• Experience working in a cognitive psychology or eyewitness laboratory.
• Experience supervising or co-supervising postgraduate research.
• Experience in statistics, including regression analysis, mixed linear modeling, analysis of variance.
