We are a web development agency that has been in the industry for over 10 years. We are looking at incorporating paid search / SEO as a service to our clients.

We are looking for an experienced and capable PPC and SEO specialist to join our web development agency and to help us implement this role and service offering. This position is a standalone role within the Development Team (whilst working very closely with the Digital team). This is a position where you are given the autonomy to deliver results and so requires someone with tremendous motivation and drive to succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Manage PPC campaigns for internal and client accounts
? Plan, build, implement, report and optimise PPC campaigns to achieve set goals
? SEO analysis and strategy recommendations for clients and internal projects
? Keyword analysis and research
? On-going monitoring of results and performance of SEO strategies
? Work closely and advise development team of necessary website changes
? Keep abreast of developments within the search industry and share the knowledge with the team and the agency

REQUIREMENTS:

? Proven experience in PPC and SEO (minimum 1 year) ideally working within the agency environment
? Knowledge and experience of Google Analytics and Google conversion tracking methods
? Analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to any PPC complications
? Creative and innovative with ability to produce results (ROI) on campaigns
? Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
? Meticulous attention to detail with all administrative tasks and is comfortable in managing their own workload
? A team player with excellent time management skills who is able to work under pressure to strict deadlines, in a constantly changing environment, whilst also maintaining to deliver a professional service
? Flexible work attitude, with the ability to think on your feet and juggle conflicting priorities
