Main purpose of the job:
Responsible for providing technical support and service to customers of the Company. Assists smaller resellers with implementation for their customers. Provide pre- and post-sales support to sales and channel managers. Receives and answers applications and technical questions, provides installation support, troubleshoots system problems, and provides technical training.

Education/Certification:
Matric

Required Knowledge:
In depth technical knowledge of how products are installed and used by customers.

Experience Required:
Three years experience in presales services.
Must have experience in designated product.
Proven successful track record.
