Kyalami. One year Fixed Term Contract

Main purpose of the job:
Responsible for building and developing business opportunities and revenue producing growth for designated products with both existing and new clients. Responsible for providing technical guidance and service to customers of the Company. Provides pre-sales and technical training for resellers, as well as internal staff.

Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field preferred or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Product certification as required.

Required Knowledge:
In depth understanding of technology. Strong understanding of product sales and take to market systems.
Knowledge of the competitive environment and industry challenges.
Superior customer service and support processes abilities.

Experience Required:
3 or more years of related business development and technical support services.
Technical support background advantageous.
Must have experience in designated products.
Proven successful track record.
