- Represent Marketing and help with handling all demands of patrons
- Provide all entitled services to patrons
- Maintain a good and kind relationship with operation team
- Take care and solve everything for overseas patrons
- Pick up and send off patrons
- Assign assistants for new patrons
- Explain all company/department events and promotions to patrons
