Pretoria West: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MEAT TRADER)
Minimum Requirements:
-Male or female, preferably aged approximately 30 – 40 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English (Afrikaans a must)
-Matric / Grade 12
-Strong field sales experience in wholesale meat or fresh produce industry A MUST
-Experience in price negotiations and price bargains advantageous
-Must be able to negotiate with procurement managers of all major supermarkets
-Mathematically sound / Good calculation ability
-Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, Internet and e-mail
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
-Target driven and motivated
-Reliable and trustworthy
-Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
-No previous lawful termination/dismissal at previous employers
-Clear Criminal Record
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Selling meat products to butcheries on a wholesale basis.
-Servicing Gauteng area
-Price negotiations with chain stores
-Visiting of butcheries
-Negotiate with procurement managers of all major supermarkets
Salary: R 15 000.00 - R 20 000.00 gross basic (depending on experience)
